Price

Competition Category

Match categories are determined by expected levels of demand for tickets, stadium capacity, security arrangements and club competition.

We divide all Premier League matches into two levels: Category A (Category A) and Category B (Category B), with Category A games marked as the higher-profile matches.

Match categories for next season will be reviewed following the release of fixtures and announced ahead of the first Premier League ticket sales of the season to ensure a fair distribution of categories.

Categories may change throughout the season based on safety advice or changes in dates and times before each game.

Ticket sales priority

To make the sales process as fair and streamlined as possible, the club manages the ticketing window using TAP (Ticket Access Points) to ensure our most loyal fans have the opportunity to purchase, while also allowing flexibility based on demand.

Ticketing process

Home Page (Category A)

Windows 1A: 50% of tickets sold to UK members with over 750 TAPs. Tickets are subject to availability (not guaranteed). Tickets of 100 are available for purchase at the Box Office only.

Window 1B: Remaining tickets from the initial allocation will be made available to UK members with over 500 TAPs.

Window 2: The remaining 50% of tickets will be sold to all UK members with 40+ TAP* and Also attended at least one home game. This is a new policy introduced this season to address ticket scalping.

Tickets are subject to availability. The remaining 100 tickets will be sold at the box office only.

Under 18s to vote: Under 18s, 50 tickets sold in pairs.

Bee Overseas Voting: The Bee Overseas draw will have 100 tickets available. To learn more about the voting process, check out the Bees Overseas voting page.

*For games with special needs, and to increase fan safety, we reserve the right to increase the TAP threshold for Windows 2 to 100 TAPs. We are once again taking this step to ensure that high-demand tickets do not fall into the hands of touts.

This season, this 100 TAP floor will apply to Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United home games. For these events we are increasing the number of under-18s tickets to 100 pairs to ensure our younger fans have the opportunity to purchase tickets. This will be announced before the fixtures are sold.

Home Page (Category B)

100% of available tickets will be sold to all UK members. Tickets of 100 are available at the box office only. All tickets are subject to availability.

Bee Overseas Voting: There will be 100 tickets available in our Bees Overseas draw. The first 1,000 Bees Overseas members will also be guaranteed a Class B game each.

Leave (Category A)

Season ticket holders: Season ticket holders will have access to 95% of Class A away games. The first window will be open to season ticket holders with the highest TAP, then gradually decrease until all season ticket holders are eligible to purchase.

member: If tickets remain available after they have been issued to all season ticket holders, all members will be able to enter.

Five per cent of tickets will be reserved for UK members, who will be asked to register interest and take part in voting. Those selected can purchase tickets in the first window.

Leave (Category B)

Match tickets will be on sale in the following order:

Window 1: All away tickets will be on sale to all 2024/25 season ticket and premium seat holders. Tickets are limited in number and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Window 2: Remaining tickets are on sale to all UK members. Tickets are limited in number and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

New for the 2024/25 season, fans will be able to “register interest” in away games if any tickets become available after the initial allocation sells out. We will contact registered fans on a first-come, first-served basis. To be considered for contact, fans must have at least the required number of TAPs at the time of sale.

Cup

Season ticket holders and premium seat holders will have priority in purchasing their cup seats.

Remaining tickets for Home Cup matches will be available for purchase by UK Members and will follow the same rules as for the match categories above.

The purchase window and priority for any Class F luminaires will be confirmed at that time.

Tickets for away cup matches will also be classed as appropriate and sold on the same basis as equivalent away Premier League matches.

Exchange tickets

My Bee Members: My Bees members can purchase tickets listed for sale on the Ticket Exchange by season ticket holders.

Each UK member is eligible to purchase one ticket per game on the Ticket Exchange if they have not already purchased a ticket in the initial sale.

For Category A events, members must have more than 40 TAP* and attend at least one Premier League home game.

For Class B luminaires, all members can purchase them, regardless of how many TAPs they own.

Season ticket holders: For Category B games, season ticket holders can exchange their tickets 48 to 72 hours before kick-off. Each season ticket holder is eligible to purchase one or two tickets per game at the Ticket Exchange.

*For matches with special needs and to increase fan safety, we reserve the right to increase the TAP threshold for Window 2. This will be announced before the lamp goes on sale.

For games with lower than usual demand, we reserve the right to lower the Windows 2 TAP threshold.

overseas bees

Home equipment: Bees Overseas members may purchase tickets listed for sale by season ticket holders on the Ticket Exchange. Each Bees Overseas member is eligible to purchase one ticket per game at the Ticket Exchange if they have not already purchased a ticket during the initial sale.

For Class A luminaires, members must have the correct number of TAPs. For Category B fixtures, all Bees Overseas members can purchase them, regardless of how many TAPs they have.

Away fixtures: For the upcoming season, Bees Overseas members will be eligible to purchase tickets for all away games in the All Members window.
