Erling Haaland issues three-word Manchester City title warning to Arsenal ahead of final day of Premier League campaign

Erling Haaland has issued a powerful three-word slogan as Manchester City edge ever closer to Premier League glory.

Manchester City beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 on Tuesday night thanks to a second-half brace from the Norwegian forward. The victory moved City two points ahead of Arsenal at the top of the Premier League table with just one game remaining.

City will face West Ham United at the Etihad Stadium on the final matchday, while the Gunners will face Everton some 200 miles away at the Emirates Stadium in their final game of the season. Haaland had three words for his Manchester City team-mates and Arsenal as they prepare for the crucial weekend.

“The work is not done,” he wrote on Instagram, followed by a fist emoji. As of the time of publication, his Instagram posts have accumulated more than 335,000 likes.

Regardless of Arsenal’s performance against Everton, defeating the Hammers will ensure Manchester City clinch the title. However, the stalemate with the east Londoners meant Guardiola’s side needed Arsenal to go behind against the Toffees on goal difference.

On the other hand, a draw with Manchester City and a win for the north London side would see the title change hands. Therefore, Haaland and co will not take any risks and will go all out to secure the three points.
